Palladino, Evelyn (Andrade) – of East Boston passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening June 13th surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife of the late Anthony Palladino.
Devoted mother of Denise and husband Richard Fiumara of Saugus, William J. Palladino of East Boston, and the late Evelyn Capitumini and Janet Palladino.
Dear sister of the late Lucinda Andrade, Mary Duval, Alice Avellar, Anthony Andrade, James Andrade and William Andrade.
Cherished grandmother of Daniel, Richard, William, Kristin, and the late Marc.
Adored great grandmother of Kia.
Family and friends will honor Evelyn’s life by gathering in the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street, (Orient Heights) East Boston on Friday June 16 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and again at St. Joseph – St. Lazarus Church, 59 Ashley Street in East Boston on Saturday morning from 9:00am to 10:00am followed by a funeral mass in the church at 10:00am.
Evelyn was born in Boston on August 28, 1925 to the late Anthony and Rosa (Silvia) Andrade. She was a life long resident of East Boston. Evelyn passed away after a brief illness at ninety one years of age.
In honoring Evelyn, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 1 Bulfinch Place, 2nd Floor, Boston, MA 02114.
The funeral home is handicapped accessible, and a children’s lounge is available. Courtesy valet parking at the front entrance of funeral home. Services will conclude with Evelyn being laid to rest with her beloved husband and daughter in the Holy Cross Cemetery, 175 Broadway in Malden.
